If you thought Yoga is impossible for you, due to injuries, level of flexibility, or age then this is the class for you. Whether beginner or experienced, this class is for everyone and every ‘body’.
Either sitting on a mat or chair you can experience this gentle Kundalini class through a series of breath techniques, moving and/or static postures, meditation, mantras and deep relaxation.
We journey with the same practice for a few classes, delving deeper within each class, getting familiar with the sequence to gauge your progress and feel more confident in your abilities.
Let me guide you through this journey of reconnecting with your essence to a blissful experience of union between body, mind and soul which is what yoga is all about.

About Me

The Journey To Myself

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for the past 12 years and have completed my teacher training in 2016. It has totally transformed my life for the better. I am passionate about teaching this amazing, life transforming technique and making it accessible to 'every-body'. I believe we all need to realise, how important it is for our health and well being, to slow down and control our breath and so I use a lot of breath exercises and meditation in my classes.
